The Holy Spirit wants to work through every believer, not just those on a stage or in leadership. In 1 Corinthians 12, Paul makes clear that spiritual gifts are given by God to each member of His family so that no one walks away from a gathering without encountering Him. The entire Trinity is involved in this process: the Spirit distributes the gifts, Jesus is served through them, and the Father activates them all. These gifts are not status symbols or signs of spiritual superiority. They are tools given for the benefit of others. When believers hold back or fail to engage, someone in the room misses out on what God wanted to give them. The invitation is simple: ask the Holy Spirit what He wants to do through you, then step out in faith and serve.
